What are your hours?
Our hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM (CST). Our studio will be closed during major holidays.
If I request a change to a product, how long does the process take?
For a simple color or font change, the process is very quick as I usually respond to clients within a 24-48 hour time frame. The turnaround time may be longer during November and December. Clients are always assisted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you offer custom designs?
We do not offer custom designs at this time; however, if you need a product that matches one of our invitations we would be happy to create it for you.
I have questions about the processing and shipping times for my order, can you assist me?
No. While we sell designs through Zazzle, we do not handle the processing or shipping of your order. For more information, please contact: Zazzle Customer Support.
Do you offer your invitations in digital form?

I purchased printed invitations from Zazzle, can I get a digital copy from you?
As an independent designer, I do not work for Zazzle. I do not have access to view the order you purchased with Zazzle which is needed to create a digital invitation.
Can I have the digital invitations printed at a local printer?
Do you offer samples of your products?
Currently, we do not offer samples. Unlike many companies, Zazzle does not require a minimum purchase for invitations. You can order one of several designs and test out one of Zazzle's 7 paper types, so you can make the perfect choice.
What if I don't like my purchase?
